If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we'll pay the original and return shipping. A return received after 30 days (but within 60 days) qualifies for merchandise credit or exchange only.
Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee.

Please check your shipment immediately upon receipt, before you sign for it. Please note any damage with the carrier, or if damage is noticed, please refuse the shipment. We cannot honor any claims of damage if claim is not made immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please keep all packaging for the carrier.
Due to the nature of custom-made and personalized items, cancellations and returns will not be permitted. In the event your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost. Personalized and custom-made items include:

You cannot return custom framed purchases unless the item is defective. In the case of a defecteve custom framed item, you have 30 days make a claim for return. Custom Framing is only handled through in-store visits at the present time.
