Frames and Moulding

We have the finest selection of wood, metal, and resin frames.  We also carry a large selection of ready made frames in our shop and available on the website.  We can also order oval and round frames in an assortment of sizes.  We also custom order our acrylic display boxes, which can be made to any size. Our wood and resin frames are cut and professionally joined, with glue and nails, on site by our experienced craftsmen to guarantee our high quality standards.

Custom Framed Bath Vanity and Decorative Mirrors

If you need a new bath vanity mirror or framed entry mirror, you will really should come and see what we have to offer.  Just bring in your measurements and we will pick out a beautiful moulding to complement your décor.  We are a full service frame shop and completely assist you in the entire process all the way to hanging the mirror for you!  

Canvas Stretching

Bring in your original paintings on art canvas and we can stretch on solid poplar stretcher stock in either the typical stretch where the staples are on the sides, or a gallery wrap where the canvas is stretched around the side and stapled on the back.

Conservation Mounting and Dry Mounting

There are several options available, depending on the piece to be framed. Dry mounting is a process by which a heat sensitive tissue is used to permanently attach a work to a substrate, typically foam core. This is a non-archival process, but it is the only way to get items perfectly flat. Dry mounting is perfect for posters. Fusion is a related process used to mount fabric, papyrus, or other materials that don't stick to regular dry mount tissue. We also carry a recently developed, completely reversible acid-free dry mount tissue and backing system that meets archival mounting standards. Tape hinging is another excellent choice for archival mounting. Linen tape is completely acid-free and reversible.  Museum mounting is used for valuable and irreplaceable items.  We use acid-free wheat paste and Japanese rice paper hinges to guarantee reversibility and ph balance. Stretching, Lacing and Sewing  Fabric items may be mounted using fusion, but it is usually preferable to stretch and lace needlework, and sew larger items, such as flags or jerseys. Lacing and sewing allow precise placement of your object and is reversible. Needlework is always laced to museum standards on acid-free foam board to better protect your handiwork.

Mats and Liners

We carry the full line of ph balanced paper and rag mats available only acid-free mats, and have a large selection of 100% rag mats and buffered mats in any color you can imagine, even textured and paper/fabric mats.  We also hand apply our fabric covered mats, which is indeed becoming rare in today’s commercialized department store frame centers

Glass and Glazing

We carry premium clear, non-reflective, conservation, non-glare conservation, anti-reflective and the ultimate in glazing choices,  Museum glass, which shows colors perfectly while protecting your artwork from damaging UV rays and glare., as well as regular and non-glare acrylic. A museum quality acrylic has recently been developed and is available at Frame Masters.  Our design staff will be happy to recommend the appropriate glazing for your project.

Delivery and Installation Services

Delivery and hanging services are available for items purchased in our shop/gallery in the local Coachella Valley.  We will come to your location to pick up artwork, and help you with design aspects and frame your art professionally, then return them to your home hung in their space! Please Note:  As much as we would like, we cannot extend this service to our web customers due to the issue of distance, time and space!
